Carpenter


We are a reputable construction company based in Jeddah and we have an immediate opening for a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Cut, shape and smooth materials using hand or power tools
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
- Follow all safety procedures on construction sites
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as electricians or plumbers to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods of installation
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Valid visa for working in Jeddah

Preferred qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification in Carpentry
- Additional certifications or training in carpentry
- Experience working as part of a team
- Fluent in English
