We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Salalah. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee and other beverages for our customers while providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the food and beverage industry and has a passion for coffee.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages
- Ensure quality and consistency in all drinks served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Take orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Learn about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Assist in daily inventory management and restocking supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to create new drink recipes

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but previous barista experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly personality
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds if needed
- Must have strong communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)

Salary: 1200$ per month
Location: Salalah, Oman
