IT Manager - Full Time, Vianden

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Vianden. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure, systems, and processes. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our technology supports our business needs and goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support business objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting, resource allocation, and setting priorities
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all network systems, hardware, software, and communication links
- Ensure the security and integrity of all company data and systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades to existing systems
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular backups to protect against data loss
- Train employees on how to use new hardware or software as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Vianden (own visa required)
