Senior Network and Systems Administrator


We are a leading technology company based in Ashdod, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. As the Senior Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network and systems infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network and systems architecture
- Managing all aspects of network security including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption
- Conducting regular system updates and patch management to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshooting network and systems issues in a timely manner
- Developing disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity
- Monitoring network traffic to identify potential security breaches or performance issues
- Collaborating with other IT team members to design and implement new solutions or upgrades
- Providing technical support for end-users as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Network/Systems Administrator or similar role
- Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP), routing/switching, VPNs, DNS/DHCP,
and LAN/WAN technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and implementation
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Ashdod but we welcome candidates from all over the world. Remote work options may be available for exceptional candidates.
