Factory Line Worker - Mombasa, Kenya


We are currently hiring for a Factory Line Worker to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will have experience working on a factory production line and possess strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment on the factory production line
- Assemble, package, and label products according to company standards
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Monitor production process and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working on a factory production line preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month.
