Industrial Painter


Our company is seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Painter to join our team in Malindi. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other coatings to industrial surfaces, including metal, concrete, and wood. You will use a variety of tools and equipment to prepare surfaces, mix paints, and apply coatings according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Industrial Painter and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing any imperfections
- Mix paints and other coatings according to specifications
- Apply paint or other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Ensure even coverage and smooth finish
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate with team members to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Industrial Painter
- Knowledge of different types of paints and coatings
- Familiarity with surface preparation techniques such as sandblasting or power washing
- Ability to use various painting tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to follow safety procedures at all times

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position. Accommodation can also be provided if needed.
