Industrial Architect


We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Balzers. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and create innovative solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and plan industrial buildings and structures according to client specifications and industry standards
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Create cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Balzers (relocation assistance may be provided)
