Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Dubai


We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee our busy establishment in Dubai. Our ideal candidate is a natural leader with exceptional customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for the hospitality industry. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision and training, inventory management, budgeting and financial planning, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Train and supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Create work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Manage budgeting and financial planning for the restaurant
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food items
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked restaurant at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong customer service skills with ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning principles
- Familiarity with restaurant software such as Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Dubai

Nationality: Indian preferred but open to all nationalities
