Computer Support Specialist


We are currently looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Wiltz. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and employees. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining networks and databases.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of various computer systems, software applications, and network protocols. You must also possess excellent problem-solving skills and have the ability to work well under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries via phone, email or in person regarding technical issues
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems
- Installing and configuring computer systems, applications, and peripherals
- Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions in our database
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Conducting regular maintenance checks on computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Providing training and guidance to clients on how to use various computer applications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Comprehensive knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS)
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP)
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
