Indian Executive Chef in Dubai
We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Indian cuisine and culture, as well as strong leadership skills and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain menus that showcase the diverse flavors of Indian cuisine
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and cost control
- Create and implement new recipes, keeping in mind cultural preferences and dietary restrictions
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions featuring Indian cuisine
Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality with a strong knowledge of regional cuisines
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity in menu development while maintaining profitability
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
