As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons to students of various ages and levels. Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students of all ages and levels
- Create lesson plans, materials, and assessments that align with the institute's curriculum
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their language development
- Incorporate technology into lessons to enhance learning
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, ideas, and best practices
- Keep accurate records of attendance, grades, and other administrative tasks
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress
- Attend staff meetings, professional development trainings, and other events as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or qualification (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA)
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
- Native or near-native English proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Experience working with diverse student populations is preferred
