Handyman for Biometric Passport Processing Center in Muscat, Oman

We are hiring a skilled Handyman to join our team at the Biometric Passport Processing Center in Muscat. This position is open to Pakistani nationals with a valid biometric passport. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the facilities and equipment at our center, ensuring that they are in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment to identify any potential issues
- Troubleshoot and fix any problems that arise with the facility or equipment
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while carrying out repair work
- Keep an inventory of tools and supplies needed for repairs and report when supplies need to be replenished
- Coordinate with outside contractors for major repairs or installations
- Assist with setting up equipment and furniture for events or meetings held at the center

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role
- Skilled in plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and instructions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects when necessary
