Team Lead - Customer Service (Indian Nationals preferred)
As a Team Lead for our customer service department, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional support to our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a team of customer service representatives
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and systems
- Create and maintain reports on team productivity and performance
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred, but open to all nationalities with excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high volume of customer inquiries
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism
Salary:
Starting salary of $1500 per month, with potential for increase based on performance.
Location:
This is a contract position located in Wiltz. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
