Construction Project Manager

Our construction company in Plovdiv is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are being followed
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to upper management
- Manage project budget and ensure expenses are within budget constraints
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are being met
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the course of the project
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and safety standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
