As an English Speaking Collector in Pula, you will be responsible for collecting payments from clients in a timely and professional manner. Your main duties will include contacting clients by phone or email to remind them of outstanding payments, negotiating payment plans if necessary, and updating payment records accurately. You will also be responsible for responding to client inquiries regarding their accounts and addressing any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate for this position should have previous experience in debt collection or a similar role, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages would be an asset. You must be able to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. As this job is located in Pula, candidates who are already residing in the city or willing to relocate will be given preference. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
