Operate and maintain furnaces and equipment to melt, refine, and cast metal into ingots. Monitor temperature and pressure gauges, adjust controls, and make minor repairs as needed. Follow safety protocols while handling hot molten metal. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Keep work area clean and organized. Work with a team to meet production targets and troubleshoot any issues that arise. This job requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in hot environments.
