Senior Architect - Moscow


A leading architecture firm in Moscow is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a talented individual with excellent design skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for creating innovative and sustainable architectural designs.

The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design process, from conceptualization to project completion. This includes creating detailed drawings and models, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative design concepts for various projects
- Create detailed drawings and models using AutoCAD or Revit
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility
- Manage team members and delegate tasks effectively
- Conduct site visits to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and building codes
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit software
- Excellent knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills would be an advantage)

Salary:
Competitive salary starting at 1200$ per month based on qualifications and experience.
