Senior Architect - Moscow


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Moscow. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all stages of the design process, from concept development to construction. Your expertise in architectural design and project management will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead design teams and oversee all aspects of project development, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Develop innovative and functional designs that meet client needs and adhere to building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of proposed designs
- Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts
- Review and approve construction documents for accuracy and compliance with design intent
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, materials, and systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
