Solar Installation Technician

A solar installation technician is responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems. This involves working with a team to install solar panels on roofs or other structures, connecting them to electrical systems, and ensuring they are functioning properly. This position requires physical labor, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs or other structures according to specifications
- Connect panels to inverters and electrical systems
- Perform quality checks to ensure proper installation and functionality
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or after completion
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Adhere to safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction, electrical work, or a related field preferred but not required
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Ufa, Russia (Indian nationality preferred)

Working Hours: Part-time (20 hours/week)

- Biometric passport required for visa purposes.
- English language skills not required.
- No previous experience necessary.
