Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and construction process of various projects, from conception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other architects to create innovative and functional designs that meet clients' needs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process of various projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design solutions
- Oversee the preparation of drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction is in accordance with plans
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts and techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects within budget and timeline constraints
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Filipino language is a plus)
- Familiarity with Russian building codes and regulations is preferred

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month. Salary may be negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Izhevsk, Russia. Accommodation can be provided for foreign candidates if needed.
