We are hiring a Network and Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Beer-Sheva. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's network infrastructure, including servers, security systems, and connectivity. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and implement necessary upgrades or changes.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
- Manage user accounts and permissions on our systems
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure its safety and integrity
- Provide technical support for employees experiencing IT issues
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement in our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in network and systems administration
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), server operating systems (Windows/Unix), virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V), and security concepts
- Experience with network monitoring tools
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Biometric passport required
