We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization's network infrastructure and ensuring seamless connectivity for all users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Manage network security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure system recovery in case of emergencies
- Provide technical support to users for network-related issues
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement new technologies and upgrades

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in network administration or a similar role
- Proficient knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
