Concrete Worker

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for laying, smoothing, and finishing surfaces such as floors, sidewalks, and roads. You will also be responsible for creating forms and molds for pouring concrete and using various tools to shape and finish the concrete.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working with concrete
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Knowledge of different types of concrete and their applications
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in concrete work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred

Responsibilities:
- Prepare worksites by setting up scaffolding, barricades, or other safety equipment
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to blueprints or specifications
- Smooth out concrete in segments to ensure the surface is level and create texture using hand trowels or power tools
- Pour concrete into forms or molds according to specifications using various techniques such as pouring, pumping, spraying, or spreading
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust timing of pours accordingly
- Finish surfaces by performing tasks such as floating, troweling, edging, jointing, or brushing
- Repair existing structures by patching cracks or holes in concrete
- Clean equipment after use
- Follow safety procedures at all times
