Loader for Construction Company in Lusail, Qatar

We are hiring a Loader to join our construction company in Lusail, Qatar. As a Loader, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load materials onto trucks and move them around the construction site. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader to move materials around construction site
- Load materials onto trucks for transportation
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and report any damages or malfunctions
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery, specifically loaders
- Ability to read and understand instructions and safety guidelines
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day
- Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Valid biometric passport (Indian nationality preferred)
- Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends if necessary
