Merchandiser Supervisor



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising, with previous experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of merchandisers to ensure efficient and effective execution of sales strategies
- Develop and implement merchandising plans and strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to ensure adequate stock levels
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences, and use this information to inform product placement and display decisions
- Train, mentor, and motivate merchandisers to achieve their targets and goals
- Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and offer guidance for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional plans that align with overall sales objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English language
- Ability to effectively lead a team and work collaboratively with other departments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision making purposes
