Florist for Busy Flower Shop in Bayan, Kenya

We are seeking a talented and experienced Florist to join our busy flower shop located in the vibrant city of Bayan, Kenya. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for our diverse clientele. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where attention to detail and creativity are highly valued.

Responsibilities:
- Create stunning floral designs for various occasions including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events
- Source high-quality flowers from local suppliers and maintain the inventory
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their selections and answering any questions they may have
- Keep the shop clean and organized at all times
- Assist with daily shop operations such as processing orders, arranging deliveries, and managing payments

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Florist or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects such as buckets of flowers

Salary: $900 per month

Location: Bayan, Kenya (no English required)

Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as a Florist or in a similar role
