We are a well-established flower shop in Isa Town and we are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other events. The ideal candidate should have a passion for flowers and experience in floral design. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences to create custom arrangements that exceed their expectations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$. Free visa and ticket will be provided for non-Bahraini candidates. This job is suitable for both men and women.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique floral designs for various occasions.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Source high-quality flowers from local suppliers.
- Prepare and arrange flowers for displays and events.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and materials.
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design.
- Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Florist or in floral design.
- In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage.
- Creativity and an eye for detail.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
