We are searching for a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Sheduva, India. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. You will use your technical knowledge and expertise to create detailed drawings and specifications that meet the project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings using CAD software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning
- Prepare construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and sections
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Communicate with contractors and suppliers to obtain necessary materials and equipment
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that it adheres to the design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
