As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our Indian clients through online platforms such as email, chat, and video conferencing. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Indian clients through various online platforms to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Provide expert advice and support on products or services offered by our company
- Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
- Use effective communication skills to explain complex information clearly and concisely
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide the best possible service to clients

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Atlanta or willing to relocate
- Previous experience in a similar role (online consultant, customer support, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Must have a valid visa that allows for work in the USA
