Junior Commercial Architect

As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of commercial buildings and structures. You will work closely with senior architects to create detailed plans and drawings, conduct site visits and inspections, and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Your role will also involve researching building codes and regulations, as well as incorporating sustainable design practices into your projects. This position requires strong technical skills in architecture software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred, but not required. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with little to no experience in the field.

Location: Las Vegas (open to candidates from Canada or Kenya)

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)

Job Title: Entry-Level English Speaking Customer Service Representative

As an Entry-Level English Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from English-speaking countries. Your main duties will include answering incoming calls, responding to emails and live chat inquiries, processing orders and returns, and resolving any customer issues or concerns. This role requires fluency in spoken and written English, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn. This position does not require any prior work experience or accommodation.
