Entry-Level Barista

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take and prepare customer orders according to company recipes and standards
- Educate customers about different types of coffee, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different beans, roasts, and brewing methods
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1800 per month.

This position is based in Las Vegas.
