Sales Manager - Indian Market
As a Sales Manager for the Indian market, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the Los Angeles area. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with clients from the Indian community, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and knowledge of the Indian culture and business etiquette.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Indian market
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective sales strategies
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Represent our company at industry events and conferences
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the Indian market
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of the Indian culture, customs, and business etiquette
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
