Hotel Sales Manager – Indian Nationals

Our hotel in Eldoret is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and promoting the hotel’s services and amenities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hotel sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Indian nationality is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
- Negotiate contracts with clients, including rates and services
- Promote the hotel’s services and amenities through various channels
- Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer feedback to make strategic business decisions
- Train and develop sales team members to achieve their targets
- Prepare sales reports for management review

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of market trends in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Indian nationality preferred
