Finisher Specialist

As a Finisher Specialist, you will be responsible for completing the final steps in the manufacturing process of various products. Specifically, you will be working with a team to ensure that all finishing touches are applied to products according to specifications and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a strong understanding of finishing techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to review product specifications and requirements
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by cleaning, sanding, or polishing
- Apply finish coatings such as paint, varnish, or stain using appropriate tools and techniques
- Perform touch-ups or repairs on finished products as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in finishing preferred
- Proven experience as a finisher or similar role
- Familiarity with various finishing techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret product specifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Location: Mauren, Kenya (Open to foreigners)

Salary: 1600 USD/month

Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
