Architectural Technologist - Mauren, India


We are seeking an experienced and talented Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Mauren, India. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and managing technical drawings and documents for various architectural projects. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and excellent technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for architectural projects
- Develop building plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accurate documentation
- Conduct site visits to gather information for drawings
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in India
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in India
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) software

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
