Architectural Technologist



We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Mauren, working on a variety of projects in the architecture industry. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring that all designs meet building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural technology and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop designs that meet client needs and project requirements
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients for approval
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
