Architecture Manager



We are looking for a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design process of construction projects, from initial concept to final implementation. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other architects to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture and at least 5 years of experience in the field. Fluency in Russian is required, as well as strong project management skills and the ability to lead a team.

As the Architecture Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing all phases of the design process for construction projects
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans
- Managing project timelines and budgets
- Ensuring compliance with all building codes and regulations
- Leading a team of architects and coordinating with engineers and contractors
- Reviewing project proposals and making recommendations for improvements
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in architecture or related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
