Job Title: Wedding Planner


We are seeking a talented and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing all aspects of weddings for our clients. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and requirements
- Create detailed event proposals and timelines for each wedding
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors including venues, florists, caterers, photographers, etc.
- Oversee the set-up and coordination of all wedding-related events including the ceremony, reception, and any other related events
- Assist with design elements such as theme development, décor selection, and seating arrangements
- Manage the budget for each wedding and ensure all costs stay within the agreed upon budget
- Coordinate transportation and accommodations for out-of-town guests
- Provide on-site support during the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No English language proficiency required
- Previous experience in event planning or wedding planning is not required but preferred
- Must be able to work independently and handle multiple weddings at once
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
