Blast Furnace Operator
A reputable steel manufacturing company in Osijek is seeking a skilled Blast Furnace Operator to join our team. As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnace equipment to produce high-quality steel products. The ideal candidate will have experience in steel production and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate blast furnace equipment according to established procedures and safety regulations
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and flow of materials within the furnace
- Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal production levels
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials for production
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the blast furnace process

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in steel production is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in blast furnace operations
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
