Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architecture Manager to join our fast-growing firm in Atlanta. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month, and we welcome applications from English-speaking candidates, including foreigners.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Review and approve design plans, ensuring they meet client specifications and comply with building codes.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during the design or construction phase.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
- Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years as a manager or team leader.
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality assurance.
