We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Atlanta, USA. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process and manage all phases of architectural projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and goals for the project
- Develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee a team of architects and designers to ensure quality work is delivered
- Review and approve architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors and engineers to ensure construction meets design plans
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders
