Glazier Assistant


We are a reputable glass company based in Las Vegas, looking for a skilled and reliable Glazier Assistant to join our team. As a Glazier Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced glaziers to assist in the installation and maintenance of various glass products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for the construction industry and desire to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist glaziers in measuring, cutting, and installing various types of glass according to specifications
- Prepare work areas by removing debris and protecting surrounding surfaces
- Transport and handle glass materials safely and efficiently
- Operate hand and power tools, such as drills, saws, and suction cups
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in construction or glass installation is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (Spanish or Hindi proficiency is a plus)
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required

Salary:
Starting salary of $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience). Opportunity for growth within the company.

Location:
This position is located in Las Vegas. Candidates must be able to commute daily.

Employment Type:
Part-time, 20 hours per week. Flexible scheduling available.
