Junior Computer Support Specialist



As a Junior Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients within the United States. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, perform routine maintenance and updates, and assist with the installation of new systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems
- Assist with the installation of new hardware and software

Requirements:
