Sales Manager - Lusail, Qatar
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and the ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, providing training and support to ensure their success.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients and negotiate deals. You should also possess strong leadership skills to inspire your team to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)
- Indian nationality preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build relationships with potential clients through face-to-face meetings, calls, and emails
- Negotiate deals and close sales with clients
- Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement
- Analyze data on market trends, competition, pricing strategies, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance) to ensure overall company success
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
