Indian Sales Manager
As an Indian Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team in our company located in Al-Kuwait. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and achieve revenue targets while maintaining strong customer relationships. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$, and no English language proficiency is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve excellent results
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Indian market
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing a sales team
- Knowledge of the Indian market and culture is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport for travel within Al-Kuwait is required
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Sunday through Thursday. The job does not include accommodation or require English language proficiency. Part-time work arrangements can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
