Job Title: Sales Manager (Egyptian) for Contract Position in Al-Kuwait


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As our ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the Egyptian market. You will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets, as well as developing and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Egyptian market
- Identify potential clients and build relationships through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Meet with clients to present products or services and negotiate deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Train and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their targets
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the Egyptian market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken), knowledge of English is a plus
