Job Title: Sales Manager for Indian Nationals in Al-Kuwait
A leading company in Al-Kuwait is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all sales activities for our company, specifically targeting the Indian market. This is a great opportunity for an Indian national looking to work in Al-Kuwait with a highly competitive salary of 1200$.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide coaching as needed
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred, but not mandatory
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the Indian market
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Willingness to relocate to Al-Kuwait if currently residing outside of the country
