Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:
- Prospect for potential customers using various methods such as cold calling, networking events, and social media platforms
- Build strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication and follow-ups
- Understand customers' needs and offer appropriate solutions based on our products/services
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements to ensure profitable deals for both parties
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
- Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to management

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Must be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid work permit/visa sponsorship in Al Ahmadi (for non-Kuwaiti nationals)
