Senior Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Remish. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architectural design process, from conceptualization to construction. This is an urgent position, so we require someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present architectural designs, including plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models
- Lead and manage a team of architects and drafters to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project feasibility and success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any design or construction issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable university
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect, with at least 5 years of experience in designing commercial or residential buildings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Salary:
1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
