Architectural Technologist

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Dickirch. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects and engineers in designing and developing construction projects. Your main duties will include preparing drawings, creating 3D models, conducting site surveys, and liaising with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Assist architects and engineers in designing building structures and systems
- Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD or other software programs
- Create 3D models to visualize designs and identify potential issues
- Conduct site surveys to gather information for project planning
- Collaborate with other team members to develop design solutions
- Communicate with clients and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or architectural technology preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other design software programs
- Strong technical skills in building construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
